Jayneil is an Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation team at DKLM.

Having joined the firm in April 2024, with 8 years of post-qualification experience, Jayneil has extensive expertise in both contentious and non-contentious work. His practice areas include breach of contract, misrepresentation, shareholder disputes, defamation, debt recovery, insolvency and professional negligence claims.

Jayneil has successfully represented SME’s and high-net-worth individuals in a wide range of high-value and complex disputes in the UK and internationally. Jayneil has acted for clients in industries including Media & Publishing, Technology, Fashion & Retail, Food & Drink, Gambling & Betting, Legal, Property Development, Staffing, Card Payments, and Finance.

Before joining DKLM, Jayneil worked at several Legal 500 ranked law firms, where he was recognised as a key member of the team. Jayneil cares about how disputes affect businesses and individuals, delivering results that are both pragmatic and commercial.

Outside of work, Jayneil is a keen cricketer having played for his local cricket club for the last 11 years and is a keen footballer paying twice a week in a league.
