Richard Wilkin

Richard is a Senior Associate in the firm's Commercial Property team. 

Richard qualified in 2014 and advises on a full range of commercial property matters, from the acquisition and operation of sites to their disposal, on behalf of both landlords and tenants. He has particular experience in real estate acquisitions forming part of business sales, and has assisted a broad range of commercial clients including nurseries, global takeaway vendors, airlines and luxury travel companies.

Richard enjoys getting to know clients’ specific business practices and drivers in order to tailor advice to be practical and pragmatic.

Outside work, Richard enjoys spending time with his young family and as a keen tabletop gamer can often be found rolling dice at the kitchen table. He is also a keen, if not proficient, skier and has (just about) finished several Tough Mudder challenges alongside friends and family.
